Timely Integration

To be most effective it is necessary that the solutions offered be blended together and employed as simultaneously as possible addressing the specific three problem areas. Currently-almost always there is a fragmentation and disconnect at one or several points in the work flow and natural processes.

A large corporate group can integrate a cost effective pilot with a shift of selected resources. Doing a pilot with likely high cost complex patients will quickly demonstrate bottom line value and improved quality. Other pilot potentials include: industrial accidents, retirement homes and providing the enhanced call center program to groups needed support.

The question of a business plan is more accurately approached using the company involved actuaries and then selecting a couple patient syndromes which can be analyzed and better projections made. A corporate group which controls or significantly influences the entire involved care giver and patient network will demonstrate this model soon. The success will improve company image and provide ways to adapt these approaches more widely.

An upgraded call center and adequate payment for time of parties involved will permit quicker implementation and lower costs. Many specific details available.
