Motivating Behavior

Patients and healthcare provider teams are more interested in participation if they get prompt feedback of support, recognition, financial rewards and maintain or decrease their work hours and perceived harmful stress. The model described on the home page - adapted to local practise can provided the networking and brainstorming that motivates most people. The current fragmentation of medical care is causing much frustration and loss of motivation of providers and dissatisfaction among patients.

Using the model of an upgraded call center - described - with the network being supported by a corporate group will improve motivation and lower costs. The model uses time saving tools while increasing the personal interactions and interest of parties.
