The model described is the result of the input, thoughts, criticisms, agreements and questions of very many. The participants volunteered their time. Most after much consideration agree that the model described will provide lower cost quality health care. To implement requires vision, will and support of the CEO of a major healthcare corporation or group with many employees
Over many years we have met with a diverse group of people in brainstorming sessions, focus groups and individually. Their background includes medical practitioner in most specialties and with experiences from senior professional to those starting. Also very many of the allied medical professionals and patients from all walks of life have participated. Management consultants, culture change "experts", communication teachers, economists, engineers, architects, economists, politicians and people of many different philosophical and political persuasions. Share the conclusions. The diverse list of participants is much longer.
